Here is what Taggert's foster mom has to say:

He was so patient he let me take pictures for half an hour! He's getting along with our cats and walking perfectly on leash- he stays right by my side and doesn't pull at all. He is very eager to learn and please. He makes eye contact and pays attention. He is energetic and playful but he also calms right down when play time is over and just hangs out with us. He has excellent manners, he doesn't jump up on us and is very quiet. He's just all-around a wonderful puppy! He is going to make someone a very special companion.
